Women Talking™ Wednesday on Nutrition Advice for Managing Your Weight

Join us for Women Talking™ Wednesday, a virtual community learning event dedicated to women's health. This session features insights from clinical experts and aims to empower members by fostering meaningful discussions around hormonal health. The event provides an opportunity for attendees to engage with the experts, ask questions, and receive tailored advice on the topic of the day.

Nutrition plays a crucial role in managing weight, especially during hormonal changes and midlife transitions such as menopause, perimenopause, and conditions like PCOS or thyroid disorders. During these phases, hormonal fluctuations can lead to changes in metabolism, increased fat storage, and altered energy levels, making weight management more challenging. Proper nutrition helps balance blood sugar levels, supports metabolic health, and promotes overall well-being.
